What do I need for a notarization?
You must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID). The document must be complete and unsigned until you are in the presence of the notary.
How much does a notarization cost?

Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes. We can travel to your home, office, hospital, or another agreed location within the Dallas area.
How far in advance should I schedule a mobile service?
We recommend contacting us at least 40–60 minutes in advance. For late-night or urgent services, additional notice is recommended.
Should I send my documents before the appointment?
Yes, we recommend sending a digital copy in advance so we can review the document type and ensure we bring all necessary materials.

How long does an apostille take?
The estimated processing time is 3–5 business days, depending on the state’s workload.

Is pricing per page?
Yes, translations are generally quoted per standard page (up to 250–300 words). Documents with higher word counts may be adjusted proportionally.
